Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records
- Assist in managing Pan-India statutory compliance activities and related documentation
- Ensure consistent implementation of P&C policies and processes across teams
- Collaborate with the P&C team to enhance process efficiency and improve employee experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Previous internship experience in HR, preferably within a D2C or startup environment, is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and policy frameworks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
