Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Portfolio team in implementing startup support programs and managing portfolio companies end to end.
- Collaborate with senior team members and the legal team to finalize incubation and investment term sheets and agreements.
- Coordinate with startups, legal teams, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate regular updates and communication.
- Support the development and implementation of online and offline processes for managing investment activities.
- Assist with portfolio reporting, documentation, and record management.
- Track portfolio performance, collect relevant data, and monitor company progress.
- Research funding opportunities and connect relevant opportunities with portfolio companies.
- Support long-term funding programs from government and corporate bodies, including financial, administrative, and reporting activities.
- Assist in screening startup applications and evaluating technology novelty, business potential, competitive landscape, and other key factors.
- Support Portfolio, Outreach, and Partnership teams in organizing startup events and programs, including Investor Day and Demo Day.
