Blink Commerce Private Limited, d/b/a Blinkit and formerly Grofers, is an Indian instant delivery service. It was founded in December 2013 and is based out of Gurgaon. Customers of the company use a mobile application to order groceries and essentials online.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill high-volume positions across dark stores, warehouses, and corporate teams.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Manage new-joiner onboarding, collect and verify documents, and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Employee Engagement & HR Operations: Support employee engagement initiatives, address routine employee queries, and track attendance and HR data for reporting purposes.

The Blinkit internship will be for a period of 3 months.
