Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and vendors to obtain real-time shipment updates
- Track shipment movements and update status details in internal systems
- Monitor ongoing trips and proactively identify delays or operational issues
- Ensure timely issue resolution through regular follow-ups and coordination
- Maintain accurate daily trackers and operational reports
- Support the operations team in enhancing process efficiency and workflow improvements
