Roles & Responsibilities
- Support supervisors in managing day-to-day hotel operations
- Maintain operational records and prepare daily activity reports
- Assist in restaurant, banquet, and room service operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure timely room readiness and service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel facilities and services
- Support reservation handling and booking management processes
- Ensure a professional, courteous, and guest-centric hospitality experience at all times
