Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets within the designated territory
- Drive secondary sales through regular market visits and effective outlet servicing
- Generate orders from retail outlets and ensure timely billing through distributors
- Expand numeric distribution and improve product availability across the market
- Focus on increasing sales of key brands and priority SKUs
- Cover all assigned outlets according to the defined beat plan and journey schedule
- Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising standards at retail outlets
- Execute promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and in-store display initiatives effectively
