About The Sleep Company
The Sleep Company, the pioneer of comfort innovation in India, is the maker of the ground-breaking, patented SmartGRID mattress. The startup, which was founded in 2019 by IIM Calcutta alums Priyanka and Harshil Salot, is dedicated to changing the way people sleep worldwide.
The goal of SmartGRID technology’s design is to deliver the best possible sleep experience through increased durability, comfort, and support. Mattresses, adjustable beds, office chairs, pillows, bedding accessories, and more are all part of our product portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and job specifications for various roles
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring databases with accurate and up-to-date information
- Work closely with stakeholders to support timely position closures and recruitment goals
- Assist with employer branding activities, campus hiring initiatives, and other talent acquisition projects as required
