With properties like Disney, Warner Brothers, WWE, Viacom, Cartoon Network, and more, The Souled Store has grown to become India’s brand for licensed merchandise.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee databases accurately
- Assist with employee onboarding processes and exit formalities
- Support performance tracking activities and feedback management processes
- Provide assistance with daily HR operations and other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
