Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and internal systems
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports using Microsoft Excel for analysis and monitoring
- Support data cleaning, organization, and maintenance activities to improve overall data integrity
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Assist in improving data entry workflows and implementing efficient processes and best practices
- Provide data-related support to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
