Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with training administration activities, including course setup, reporting, and participant tracking
- Support coordination of learning programs, including scheduling sessions and communicating with learners
- Assist in designing and developing digital learning materials
- Help structure storyboards and define instructional flows for learning content
- Perform testing and quality checks for eLearning modules, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and usability
- Curate and organize existing learning resources across multiple platforms
- Research emerging learning tools, industry trends, and best practices
- Explore the use of AI and digital tools to enhance content creation and learner engagement
- Support coordination of global learning initiatives and stakeholder communication
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Learning and Development function
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with structured thinking and strong attention to detail
- Curious and creative approach with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools
- Basic knowledge of or interest in Learning and Development concepts
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
