Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Coordination
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes in line with job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and candidate outreach
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS
Onboarding & Documentation
- Support end-to-end onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate document collection and verification with candidates
- Ensure completion and accuracy of employee records and files
- Maintain organized employee folders in both physical and digital formats
HR Operations
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Update HR databases and maintain employee records
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and related documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

The Hungama internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.8,000 – 10,000 / month
