Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Market Positioning
- Conduct B2B outreach with prospective clients to introduce and promote Delhivery’s intra-city delivery solutions
- Represent the brand in the field and build awareness among local businesses, SMEs, and enterprise customers
- Analyze the competitive landscape and effectively communicate Delhivery’s unique value proposition to potential clients
Lead Generation & Sales
- Drive app adoption and conduct pricing demonstrations for prospective business customers
- Maintain and update a structured pipeline of potential clients through regular reporting and tracking
- Follow up with leads proactively to convert prospects into active customers
Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and approach potential clients for domestic and intra-city logistics services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the local sales team to achieve and exceed lead generation and business development targets
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and maintain reports on outreach activities, lead pipelines, sales performance, and conversion metrics

Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur
Duration
The Delhivery internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
