Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various job openings
- Support recruitment activities and help coordinate hiring drives, interviews, and recruitment events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop job descriptions
- Use Microsoft Excel to track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring records, and analyze data for process improvement initiatives

Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 18,000 / month
