Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Assist the team with the creation of successful communication strategies.
  • Design and implement GBS India’s communications strategy, as well as content production.

Business

  • Corporate Affairs anchors communication on sustainability efforts and staff engagement events.
  • Writing and publishing content for company newsletters.
  • Maintain the GBS India intranet page (Bridge).
  • For comms features and engagement activities, engage internal stakeholders from businesses/functions.
  • Plan and carry out efforts to increase employee engagement.

Processes

  • To provide regular updates and reports on internal communications and engagement efforts.
  • To submit reports as requested by the Group, as well as to take part in internal and external interactions.
  • Conducting ad hoc employee surveys to assess the impact of projects and events.
