Strategy
- Assist the team with the creation of successful communication strategies.
- Design and implement GBS India’s communications strategy, as well as content production.
Business
- Corporate Affairs anchors communication on sustainability efforts and staff engagement events.
- Writing and publishing content for company newsletters.
- Maintain the GBS India intranet page (Bridge).
- For comms features and engagement activities, engage internal stakeholders from businesses/functions.
- Plan and carry out efforts to increase employee engagement.
Processes
- To provide regular updates and reports on internal communications and engagement efforts.
- To submit reports as requested by the Group, as well as to take part in internal and external interactions.
- Conducting ad hoc employee surveys to assess the impact of projects and events.
