Decision Analytics Associate
For our clients and project teams, Decision Analytics Associates (DAAs) design and execute analyses to answer business problems. DAAs use their analytic abilities to identify data-driven insights to assist our clients address their most pressing business challenges, and they connect with clients to help them comprehend the consequences and develop action plans.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and use powerful statistical models to assist clients in understanding complex business situations.
- Use data to guide client and ZS team decision-making using analytic methodologies.
- To research and inform customer needs, use tools like R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
- To clients and ZS teams, synthesise and explain outcomes.
- Implement solutions in collaboration with the client and ZS teams.
- Assume responsibility for project deliverables right away.
- Improve ZS’s capabilities by driving analysis and issue solutions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (any area) is necessary, as well as a high academic record in analytic and quantitative coursework.
- 3 years of relevant post-college work experience is required.
- R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA are examples of programming languages or analytical tools that have been demonstrated.
- High motivation, a strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative are all desirable qualities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are all important traits to have.
- With a quality-oriented mindset, pay close attention to the details.
- Task planning and organisation require self-discipline.
