NASSCOM has been the strongest proponent of global free trade in India. NASSCOM Centre of Excellence for IoT is a flagship program being run in partnership between NASSCOM and central government.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Providing support to drive the sign-ups on FSP and collect escalation data for technical/non-technical issues
2. Working with a partner to collect and validate the data from DOMO for monthly MIS (enrolment, completion, certification takers)
3. Work on becoming a single point of contact for a partner for additional support such as demo of FSP portal sign-ups, GOI, SCC Assessment, etc.
4. Resolving the sign-ups and completing issues raised by partners in coordination with the specific account manager and partners
5. Managing WhatsApp group created by the partner for learners enrolled for assessment
6. Reporting issues to the partner lead and maintaining a tracker of partner activities
