Roles & Responsibilities
– Develop a strong understanding of our business environment and engage business teams to understand their pain-points related to internal processes
– Use innovative techniques for problem solving and work with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions
– Drive implementation with desired outcomes and behavioral change
– Support or independently lead initiatives such as:
o Design and deploy next generation productivity tools to drive process automation and efficiency across customer lifecycle (e.g. CRM, Contract automation, etc.)
o Develop on-demand and actionable data intelligence suite to support strategic decisioning across sales performance management, customer engagement etc.
o Mine better quality data insights for a variety of use-cases e.g. revenue forecasting, product profitability analysis, engagement value quantification etc.
