Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research:
Look for possible channel partners in the designated regions, such as educational institutions, coaching facilities, and neighborhood associations.
Create a database with the contact details of these institutions’ important decision-makers.
Help the outreach team compile and manage a list of leads.
On-Ground Operations:
Assist the team in carrying out information sessions, workshops, and outreach activities in different places.
Organize the logistics needs for these events, including making reservations for locations, setting up supplies, and corresponding with individuals who will be there.
Promote the program by representing the organization at events and interacting with instructors, parents, and students.
Partner Communication:
Write and send the first emails to potential partners.
Follow up with leads to set up team meetings and explain the program.
By responding to simple questions and giving regular information, you can help preserve good connections with current partners.
Administrative Support:
Assistance with organizing outreach data in our database and entering data.
Create straightforward reports on outreach and lead generating initiatives.
Help with other administrative duties as needed by the program coordinator and manager.
