Roles & Responsibilities
Support Learning & Development Initiatives
- Coordinate classroom and virtual learning programs across different teams
- Manage training schedules, participant nominations, attendance tracking, and trainer coordination
- Prepare engaging training materials, presentations, and communication decks
- Monitor learning progress through MIS dashboards and training reports
- Assist in analyzing feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact
Assist in Employee Engagement Activities
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns
- Encourage participation through effective communication and coordination efforts
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementation of engagement initiatives
- Track participation metrics and generate insights to enhance employee experience
- Contribute innovative ideas to foster a more engaging and people-centric workplace culture
Manage Data and Reporting
- Maintain trackers and dashboards related to Learning & Development and engagement initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews and decision-making purposes
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across internal systems and records
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, COE teams, and external vendors
- Coordinate with employees and managers to ensure seamless program execution
- Take ownership of follow-ups and support the timely delivery of assigned initiatives
