Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end possession and handover activities at the project site
- Support and guide customers during possession visits and related interactions
- Handle, verify, and coordinate essential possession-related documentation and paperwork
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient handover execution
- Respond to customer queries professionally and escalate complex concerns to senior team members when necessary
- Deliver a courteous, professional, and customer-centric experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records, MIS data, and basic operational reports as required

Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 25,000 / month
