Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging content for emails, WhatsApp communications, social media posts, orientation invites, program updates, and student- and parent-facing communication materials
- Develop clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to different target audiences
- Ensure consistency in communication tone, writing style, and overall brand messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand program requirements and communication goals
- Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand and reader-friendly content
- Support content planning, coordination, and execution for ongoing program-related activities
