Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR trackers.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
- Conduct research and contribute to HR projects, policies, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in the HR domain.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.13,000 – 15,000 / month
