Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, follow up, and schedule candidates throughout the interview process.
- Support document collection, verification, audits, and the offer release process.
- Drive data collection, analysis, and management reporting to support timely decision-making.
- Track and report operational activities and key updates as required.
- Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records in the database.
- Support various Talent Acquisition initiatives by coordinating execution, monitoring progress, analyzing results, and tracking outcomes.
- Develop a strong understanding of key Talent Acquisition functions and their business impact.
- Gain knowledge of the processes and tools used to support Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of computer fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.

Duration
The Capgemini internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 -15,000 / month
