Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of IFC/SOX and IT General Controls (ITGC) domains, including IT policies and procedures, change management, user access management, IT operations, and backup and recovery management.
- Knowledge of implementing and assessing industry standards, frameworks, and compliance requirements, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Understanding of IT risk assessment methodologies and the ability to apply this knowledge throughout the IT assessment lifecycle.
- Conduct interviews with client stakeholders, lead walkthrough meetings, and develop assessment documentation and deliverables.
- Senior Associates will manage and mentor teams of associates, lead projects, deliver client presentations, oversee project management, and maintain client relationships. They will also support proposal development and the creation of go-to-market collateral.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to address complex assessment issues and develop appropriate recommendations.
- Document findings and recommend solutions that address the root causes of issues and their impact on the organisation.
- Ensure timely task completion, development of client deliverables, and status reporting.
- Work collaboratively in both on-site and virtual environments, as required.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data security issues clearly.
- Possess excellent presentation skills and effectively communicate proposals and perspectives to senior management.
- Travel as required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: BE/BTech or CA.
- Postgraduates from any discipline will be preferred but are not mandatory.
- Prior experience with a Big 4 firm will be an added advantage.
- Experience in IT Risk Advisory/Assurance across diverse industry sectors is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
