Roles & Responsibilities
- Retail Operations & Merchandising Strategy: Drive retail operational excellence by ensuring adherence to SOPs, optimizing merchandise mix, and analyzing promotional performance. Lead seasonal merchandise allocation, ensuring successful product launches and compliance with planograms across all store formats.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to monitor inventory levels and implement corrective measures to prevent stock-outs and overstocking. Follow up on stock dispatches during seasonal launches to ensure timely store setup as per plan.
- Planning & Performance Analytics: Support category-level business planning by integrating historical performance data, market intelligence, and expansion forecasts to develop store-wise and category-wise projections. Generate periodic MIS reports for EBOs and MBOs, tracking sales against targets, Sell-Thru (ST) rates, Rate of Sales (ROS), and overall stock health. Conduct detailed sell-through analysis to evaluate product performance and develop corrective action plans to maximize revenue.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between store and regional teams, distributors, and MBO partners. Coordinate seasonal roadshows and foster strong cross-functional relationships to streamline operations.
