Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track key recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance the hiring process.
