Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in executing customer loyalty and referral programs for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with existing customers regarding referral initiatives and benefits.
- Maintain and update customer referral and loyalty databases.
- Support in tracking referral leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, CRM, Marketing, and HR for campaign execution.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations related to loyalty and referral activities.
- Help in organizing customer engagement activities and events.
- Respond to customer queries related to loyalty and referral programs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance.
