About Freecharge
Freecharge is a Gurgaon-based e-commerce and payment platform. It allows you to recharge any prepaid phone, postpaid phone, DTH, or data card in India via the internet. Axis Bank purchased Freecharge for its overall business activities on July 27, 2017.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave records, and incentive data
- Maintain, update, and validate employee information within the HRMS system
- Support PF, ESIC, TDS, and other payroll compliance-related activities
- Address employee payroll-related queries and coordinate with HR and Finance teams for resolution
- Generate basic payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll documentation
