Roles & Responsibilities
- Support data center infrastructure activities including equipment repairs, upgrades, decommissioning, deployments, and structured cabling
- Monitor equipment performance, identify machine failure trends, report technical issues, and coordinate with remote teams for timely resolution
- Contribute to the deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support of existing and new data center infrastructure
- Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve Linux OS-related issues on servers, including critical and escalated technical challenges across multiple systems
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients, partners, and remote technical teams to support smooth issue resolution and operations
- Perform physically demanding activities, including moving equipment weighing up to 50 lb (23 kg), bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting for extended periods as required
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or higher education in Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic hands-on experience with network installation, Linux systems, or related technical infrastructure
- Authorized to work in India and willing to relocate to Mumbai or Delhi for the 12-week internship program
Preferred Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Linux and networking, including system installation, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of hardware architecture with hands-on knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including network topologies, protocols, and infrastructure
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical skills, systems, and domains
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with others to resolve technical challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with technical teams and stakeholders
