Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop Python- and AI-based solutions to automate and digitize data-intensive workflows and business processes
- Build low-latency data pipelines to capture, process, and analyze real-time structured and unstructured data
- Apply AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract actionable insights from documents and textual data
- Design reliable systems for data ingestion, validation, storage, monitoring, and real-time alerting
- Collaborate with Trading, Data, and Technology teams to develop and deploy production-ready solutions
- Participate in a three- or six-month in-office internship based in BKC, Mumbai, with opportunities for pre-final-year and final-year students from IITs, BITS, and other leading engineering institutes
Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in Python, data engineering, NLP/LLMs, document processing, and real-time systems is required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Ability to write clean, efficient, scalable, and production-ready code
- Strong interest in AI, data engineering, and capital markets, with a willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership, curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of financial markets is preferred but not mandatory
