Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends and evaluate the impact of macroeconomic factors on business performance
- Develop business materials to support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth initiatives
- Assist with process optimization efforts aimed at improving operational efficiency and mitigating business risks
- Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and support enhancements to products and service offerings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Participate in networking events, training programs, and leadership discussions to develop business knowledge and professional skills
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028, with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookups, and basic financial modeling, along with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook
- Have a strong interest in financial services and a willingness to learn and develop professionally
