Roles & Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support Ensure collection and filing of required documentation. Coordinate onboarding essentials such as ID card issuance,
- HR Administration: Under supervision, update and maintain employee records in the HR database. Help prepare HR letters such as offer letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters. Support the HR team in maintaining employee files and documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize and carry out events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives. Assist in gathering employee input and creating activity reports. Help collect feedback and prepare engagement reports.
- HR Reporting & Dashboards: Help with the creation and maintenance of HR trackers and basic dashboards; help with the creation of straightforward reports and summaries for internal HR use.
- General HR Support Assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks. Help with projects or ad hoc duties that the HR Operations team assigns.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
