Known as the third wave of coffee movement, we get our name from some of the best practices between coffee bean growers and retailers that spend a great deal of time learning about the growth circumstances of the coffee. Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in reconciling warehouse and logistics invoices to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and regularly update the monthly cost tracking sheet
- Prepare ageing and shelf-life reports to support inventory monitoring
- Analyze SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) items and assist in developing corrective action plans
- Compile and circulate weekly fill rate reports
- Monitor planning versus actual performance, including analysis of orders against ROP and DOI metrics
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related discipline
