Kuku FM is a vernacular podcast & audio storytelling platform where you can listen to stories, talks, news & more. Kuku FM is currently available in Hindi and we are working towards supporting multiple languages in the coming months. We are the world’s largest Hindi audio storytelling platform. Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic workflows by building autonomous agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and decision-making using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain
- Create multi-agent systems with stateful AI workflows, enabling multiple agents to collaborate on backend tasks with minimal human involvement
- Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases like Chroma or FAISS to enable long-term memory and dynamic context retrieval
- Deploy and optimize open-source LLMs (e.g., Gemma), focusing on function calling, structured JSON outputs, and seamless tool integration
- Build scalable backend solutions by developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Node.js, while managing system states and structured data within MySQL
Skills
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
- Deep understanding of agentic design patterns, including ReAct prompting, routing, tool usage, and reflection techniques
- Hands-on experience in building stateful applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Solid backend development fundamentals, including building REST APIs, managing application state, and writing SQL queries using MySQL
- Familiarity with vector databases and text embedding techniques
