Investors can place their orders using a web-based trading platform or by phone. Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from app reviews, support tickets, and user research initiatives
- Identify user pain points and convert them into actionable product insights
- Validate and refine problem statements, translating them into well-defined product features
- Assess the scale and impact of problems using data-driven analysis
- Create comprehensive and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to support feature development
- Assist in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on issue severity and business impact
- Track product performance metrics and recommend improvements based on analytical insights
- Support experimentation processes and contribute to hypothesis-driven product development
Requirements
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and align efforts toward common objectives
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to identifying and resolving challenges
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, PRD development, and basic wireframing tasks
- Ownership: Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently
- Documentation: Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured PRDs
