Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is a Mumbai-based Indian multinational conglomerate. Reliance owns companies in energy, petrochemicals, textiles, natural resources, retail, and telecommunications all over India.

Reliance is one of India’s most profitable companies, as well as the country’s largest publicly traded company by market capitalization and revenue, having recently surpassed the government-controlled Indian Oil Corporation. Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Summer Internship Programme designed to enhance analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
  • Evaluate assigned problem or project statements, derive insights through industry benchmarking or internal data analysis, and develop practical recommendations
  • Recommend solutions and, where feasible, support or oversee the end-to-end execution of projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective collaboration

Education Requirements

  • Working knowledge of software tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to question conventional approaches
  • Currently in the first year of an MBA or pursuing a Master’s degree in Management from a reputed B-School
  • Willingness to work at plant or manufacturing locations, if required
  • 0–3 years of corporate experience; freshers are also eligible to apply

Selection Process / Experience Requirements

Selection may involve assessments such as the Aspiring Minds Cognitive Ability Test (AMCAT), Group Discussion, Psychometric Test, and Personal Interview
