Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the Summer Internship Programme designed to enhance analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Evaluate assigned problem or project statements, derive insights through industry benchmarking or internal data analysis, and develop practical recommendations
- Recommend solutions and, where feasible, support or oversee the end-to-end execution of projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective collaboration
Education Requirements
- Working knowledge of software tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to question conventional approaches
- Currently in the first year of an MBA or pursuing a Master’s degree in Management from a reputed B-School
- Willingness to work at plant or manufacturing locations, if required
- 0–3 years of corporate experience; freshers are also eligible to apply
Selection Process / Experience Requirements
Selection may involve assessments such as the Aspiring Minds Cognitive Ability Test (AMCAT), Group Discussion, Psychometric Test, and Personal Interview
