Responsibilities
- Lead and support strategic and operational projects within the Business Operations team
- Analyze business data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop dashboards, models, and reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Leverage AI and data-driven methods to enhance business performance
- Create executive-ready presentations and present insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from planning to execution
Required education
Bachelor’s Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling
- Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization techniques
- Basic knowledge of AI and Data Science fundamentals
- Ability to work independently on complex problem statements
- Strong structured thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
