Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop automated data pipelines using Python (Pandas) to clean, transform, and integrate datasets from Salesforce, Data Lake, and ERP systems
- Apply statistical forecasting techniques, including regression analysis and time-series modeling, to estimate future revenue and operational expenses
- Build variance attribution models to distinguish meaningful signals from noise in budget variances, enabling leadership to focus on key anomalies
- Design advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel, incorporating trend lines and confidence intervals
- Create predictive cost and revenue models using historical billing and cost data, leveraging large datasets (e.g., 250+ weekly invoices) to forecast monthly projections
Requirements
- Programming Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn, along with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
- Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of statistical concepts such as correlation, linear regression, and probability distributions within a corporate finance context
- Systems Exposure: Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP and Hyperion
