Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for various positions across the organization
- Coordinate and support candidate interviews while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment activities with hiring goals and organizational requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support effective candidate sourcing
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment projects, process improvements, and other hiring initiatives
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes
