Roles & Responsibilities
- Support HR process improvement initiatives across job architecture, position management, and related HR functions
- Assist in reviewing and documenting job roles, levels, grades, and job families to ensure accurate classification
- Support job architecture mapping by aligning roles with appropriate job families, career levels, and positions
- Assist with position code mapping, validation, and reconciliation across HR systems and databases
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and duplication in job and position-related information and support corrective actions
- Maintain accurate HR master data, trackers, mapping files, and process documentation
- Coordinate with HR stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate job and position-related information
- Support process standardization initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance HR process efficiency
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis to monitor progress, identify key issues, and support decision-making
