Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain multiple MS Excel trackers and develop dashboards to monitor HR and recruitment activities
- Manage personnel files and onboarding documentation for new employees, ensuring accurate and organized records
- Handle end-to-end candidate sourcing for specific hiring requirements through job portals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels
- Support the management of recruitment budgets and open positions using Power BI and other reporting tools
