Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing engaging training materials using MS PowerPoint and other multimedia tools
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics, scheduling, and participant engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and support improvements to training programs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, trainers, and other stakeholders through effective interpersonal skills
- Capture photography and videography during training sessions and organizational activities
- Support administrative activities including scheduling, file management, and data entry using MS Excel and MS Word
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners through professional written and verbal interactions
