It is the second largest commercial developer in India and owns the brands Mindspace, Commerzone, Crossword Bookstores, and Shoppers Stop. Additionally, K Raheja Corp runs Mindspace Office Parks, a real estate investment trust (REIT), under the Mindspace brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Professionally engage with walk-in and referral clients, being aware of their needs.
- Conduct demos and show flat visits; fully explain product specifics, pricing, features, and services.
- Give prospects thorough product briefings and distribute brochures.
- Work with channel partners to support lead generating initiatives.
- Keep an up-to-date lead tracker and follow up on CPS leads.
- Help clients complete reservation forms and confirm details.
- Gather and examine KYC documentation in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Make sure all documentation is correct and work with the backend team to process it.
