Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring efforts by attracting qualified applicants through a variety of sourcing methods.
- Manage every step of the employment process, from determining the needs to onboarding the chosen applicants.
- Use internal databases, social media, employment portals, and recommendations to find qualified resumes.
- To ensure a seamless employment process, conduct interviews, negotiate offers with potential applicants, and work with pertinent departments.
- Discuss compensation packages with shortlisted applicants to make sure they meet expectations and corporate standards.
- Verify references and gather all necessary paperwork to finish the joining and candidate verification processes.
