Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Support salary negotiations, finalize employment offers, and coordinate with selected candidates through the offer acceptance process
