Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements, qualifications, and role suitability
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and overall fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate information
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
