Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities by contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the interview process
- Support onboarding by assisting new hires with joining formalities and ensuring all required documents are submitted and verified
- Assist in campus recruitment initiatives by coordinating with educational institutions, organizing placement drives, and supporting candidate engagement activities
