Freecharge is a Gurgaon-based e-commerce and payment platform. It allows you to recharge any prepaid phone, postpaid phone, DTH, or data card in India via the internet. Axis Bank purchased Freecharge for its overall business activities on July 27, 2017.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping to configure and modify HRIS software to suit the particular requirements of the company.
- Analyzing data and producing reports to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Offering end users technical assistance and instruction on HRIS features.
- Supporting data integration and migration initiatives to guarantee data consistency and accuracy.
- Working together with HR team members to find ways to automate and enhance processes.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and best practices concerning HR systems and technology.
- Making necessary contributions to unique HRIS programs and projects.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 25,000 / month
