The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new event organizers and activity partners across different regions in India
- Manage and support regional event organizers for regular and festive events
- Assist partners in smoothly listing their events through the platform’s DIY onboarding process
- Address client queries and resolve complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Take ownership and manage assigned partner accounts effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event listings, promotions, and marketing activities
- Act as a primary point of contact to ensure a seamless experience for both partners and users
