Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth sourcing across LinkedIn and other platforms to identify top tech and creative talent
- Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Assist in interview processes and learn how to effectively communicate the company’s vision to candidates
- Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing the “Life at Shaadi” experience through creative content and campaigns
